They are always friendly and right on time. We have used them for several events and always look forward to our next party! Thanks Scott & Shellie!! *Kate* Bounce America did a wonderful job on my daughters birthday party. The whole family enjoyed the unit, and Scott and Shellie were great to work with. My oldest daughter now wants a moonwalk at her high school graduation party!! Bounce America was great to work with. My daughter had a great birthday party. We have used them twice and plan to use them in the future. They are so easy to work with and very good at what they do.
